“We have many, many, MANY Hens working here on Campus! Our chickens are pasture-raised, and their feed is non GMO, no corn, and no soy, making their eggs just about as farm fresh as it gets!”
Please note that Bluestem Hollow does not deliver eggs during the winter season.

“We milk Jersey cows and make fresh churned ice cream with milk from our herd. We pasteurize and bottle real churned buttermilk, whole milk, light milk, chocolate milk, coffee milk, and seasonal flavored milks. Our cows are on pasture 365 days a year and are never given hormones. Our milk is not homogenized so the cream rises to the top.”

“The Hullett Family loves to show hospitality by cooking delicious food and Jammin Jams! What started as creating jams for our family and friends quickly spread to making gift baskets, fundraisers, and then onto selling our jams at local events. We feel so lucky to say that we’ve been jammin in the kitchen the last 11 years making homemade goodness in a Jar!“

“FARM TO TABLE FRESHNESS–IT’S LIKE PRODUCE IN A JAR”
“We are a small family company based in the hills of East Tennessee. Our products are made with the same small batch process used hundreds of years ago. Each one is packed with all the pride that grandma used to put into her pickles, relishes, and jams and jellies. Our recipes have been handed down from generation to generation. Simple goodness–We hope you enjoy a taste of the past!”

“Three Bears Coffee Company is built on quality coffees cultivated by conscientious growers. From the very beginning, the goal has been to provide exposure and commerce to coffee producers with unique offerings that are passionate about what they do, bringing their work and products to my local community. The growers and business partners I choose to work with share my devotion to a job well done, a strong sense of equity and camaraderie, and a concern for longevity and sustainability.”

Founded by John Clark, a native of East Tennessee and former chemical engineer, Vienna Coffee Company was born out of a love for great coffee and the desire to bring specialty-grade beans to his hometown. His journey, from home roasting in a kitchen, to building Blount County’s first local coffee roastery, embodies the pioneering spirit that drives our team every day.
