MEAT CUTTER APPRENTICE

FULL-TIME STARTS AT: $13.00/HR. (must be 18 years or older to apply)

At Butler & Bailey Market, our Meat Cutter Apprentices are training to be the Meat Cutters of tomorrow. They help with a number of basic tasks in our Meat Department while also learning how to cut & display the many different kinds of meats & seafood we have to offer. Previous experience is not required. Our Meat Cutter Apprentices are tasked with a number of duties, including, but not limited to:

• Stocking product using proper rotation procedures
• Checking product for quality & freshness
• Cutting and wrapping beef, chicken, & pork
• Grinding meats
• Setting up seafood
• Assisting customers at our full-service case
• General clean-up duties
• PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
• PLEASE NOTE: Some cases of stock weigh up to 80 lbs. so, applicants must be able to lift these throughout the day.
