Our knowledgeable staff of six butchers has over 100 years of meat cutting experience. They have very strict standards and believe in giving you only the highest quality cuts. We service local restaurants, local caterers, and provide meat and participate in many gourmet cooking classes.
We carry U.S.D.A. Choice and U.S.D.A. Prime grade steaks. These steaks are hand cut by us and have to meet our high standards before reaching you. In addition to our hand-cut U.S.D.A. Choice, Black Angus, and U.S.D.A. Prime grade steaks, we also offer many other premium meats. We carry premium milk-fed veal, fresh-cut lamb, and Japanese style Kurobuta pork chops.
Our chicken comes in fresh five days a week on ice and is thoroughly inspected before we package it. And don’t forget to pick up some of our famous twice baked potatoes for the perfect complement to your steak, chicken, or pork chops.
Looking for Benton’s Bacon? We have it. Made right here in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, Benton’s bacon and country ham have gained national exposure for their flavor and quality from their traditional dry curing process.
Wanting some surf instead of turf? We have many great seafood options for those days when you miss the beach. Our Atlantic salmon and tilapia are always fresh. Our raw shrimp is wild caught in Pamlico Bay, N.C. and provides superior flavor and texture compared farm raised shrimp. We also carry wild caught salmon, tuna, and scallops. For an easy seafood fix try some of our take and bake fish. From potato crusted cod to coconut crusted tilapia, these fish make a quick and delicious meal.
