Bring roast to room temperature.
Pre-heat oven to 475° F.
Sprinkle roast liberally with seasoning, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Put in oven.
After 20 minutes turn temperature down to 325° F.
Cook for 15-20 minutes per pound for medium-rare in the center and medium on outside. Add 5-7 minutes per pound for medium in center and medium-well on outside.
Pull out of oven when internal temperature is 125° for medium-rare, 135 for medium, and 145 for medium-well.
