GOURMET COOKING CLASSES – November

“Thanksgiving” – Tue, Nov 2 (6pm – 8pm)
$65.00 plus tax

This evening, we’ll start with our Main Course: Maple Cider Brined Turkey Breast with Cranberry Relish, Cornbread Dressing and Jennifer’s Sweet Potato Casserole. 

We’ll conclude the meal with an amazing dessert: Pumpkin Streusel Pie!


“Elegant Holiday” – Tue, Nov 9 (6pm – 8pm)
$70.00 plus tax

We’ll start out the evening with our Soup/Salad selection: Green Salad with Roasted Pears & Bleu Cheese.

For our Dinner Course, we’ll serve: Beef Tenderloin with Grand Mariner Cream Sauce with Green Beans a l’Orange and Swiss Scalloped Potatoes. 

We’ll conclude the meal with an amazing dessert: Eva’s Torta Negra!


“Rack ‘Em Up” – Thu, Nov 18 (6pm – 8pm)
$65.00 plus tax

We’ll start out the evening with our Soup/Salad selection: Bibb Lettuce Salad with Raspberry Maple Dressing.

For our Dinner Course, we’ll serve: Kurobuta Rack of Pork with Brussels Sprouts with Brandy and Roasted Apples & Sweet Potatoes in Honey Bourbon Glaze. 

We’ll conclude the meal with an amazing dessert: Maple Pecan Pie!


“Soup’s On” – Tue, Nov 30 (6pm – 8pm)
$65.00 plus tax

We’ll start out the evening with our Soup/Salad selection: Chicken & Wild Rice Soup.

For our Dinner Course, we’ll serve: Tomato Basil Soup, Shrimp Bisque and Sour Cream Cornbread. 

We’ll conclude the meal with an amazing dessert: Blackberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream!

Payment must be made when reservation is made.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 16 Guests, and require a minimum of 8 guests.

All cancellations must be made 48 hours before the class.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is our intention to hold all of our advertised classes as scheduled.  If, however, the Knox County Health Department issues health & safety instructions which conflict with our ability to host our Gourmet Cooking Classes, we may be required to postpone or cancel classes.
